Bex Winter - Founder - Director / Agent of Change

Meet Bex: the driving force and visionary behind our company. Bursting with infectious positivity, she propels us toward a new way of doing things. And by "new," we mean better. Bex challenges the norms, reshaping the landscape of employment and business itself. Her focus? Serving people, communities, and the planet.

As a living example, Bex effortlessly combines her roles as an inspiring manager, team player, and mumma bear to a 4 year old. You can catch her cycling, bussing, or training her way around – a true advocate of sustainable travel. Nature is her sanctuary, and self-care is not just a phrase; it's a daily ritual that shields her from burnout, setting an example for us all.  Let's face it, we could all use a boss like Bex, right?

With two decades of tech wisdom under her belt, Bex fearlessly navigates any challenge on our mission's path. Her outlook on life empowers her to dismantle barriers and transform dreams into reality.

Abi Kennett - Director / Agent of Change

Abi has been with us since inception, drawn to Bex by her exceptional campaign for Green Party Mayor. Abi is a formidable force, committed to improving the lives of anyone disadvantaged by our inequality ridden society. Having just completed a BSc in politics at the University of Sheffield, she brings a depth of understanding around the critical issues of inclusion and sustainability.

Abi has an unfathomable talent for forging key partnerships, and is heading this important task up for us. As a recent student she also brings essential insight into the experience of young people and issues of safety and transport….. After all she does excel at a party!

Rosie Trevillion - Agent of Change

Rosie has also been with us since the beginning, moving all the way up from Cornwall to throw her weight behind our cause. So when she isn’t in the office, you can generally find her clad in walking boots, stomping across the peaks. A specialist behaviour change consultant who is on a personal mission to create transformational system-wide change. She has worked in a number of roles, all of them providing care to humans, other animals and to marginalised and vulnerable groups.  This has included roles as varied as a support worker on a community farm, a paramedic, and in community engagement projects to communicate the drastic effects of climate change.

Having just completed an MSc in Sustainability and Behaviour Change, at the world leading Centre for Alternative Technology, Rosie is now thrilled to be combining the skills and passions developed throughout her multifarious past in order to help us shift social norms. In order to do this though she believes that it is only through engaging on the level of hearts and minds that truly meaningful and beneficial change can take place.

Lizzie Stygall - Agent of Change

The one and only Lizzie, mainly to be found in a pond somewhere, she is an electrifying bundle of intelligence and enthusiasm! A seasoned customer service pro turned project lead,  and well-versed in the world of hospitality tech. Beyond tech, Lizzie is quite the public transport explorer, having ventured through its various forms worldwide. She's deeply committed to environmental and community causes, volunteering at Food Works, a noble initiative tackling food waste.

Her unique blend of project management finesse, app wizardry, and a dedication to community empowerment make her an all-round valuable team member.

Tejay White - Agent of Change

You may be catching on to a theme here, A Fleet for Change is stuffed full of amazing, strong women with a passion for improving the lives of others and the future of the planet, Tejay is no exception! With many years immersed in the tech realm, Tejay has extensive experience in User Experience and Product Management. Tejay's toolkit is a blend of Design Thinking and Lean Start Up techniques, all harnessed to craft tangible value for users. We're thrilled to have her expertise steering our ship toward success.

Jude Daniel Smith - Agent of Change

We met this exceptional young man whilst traipsing our way to a mayoral question time, and from the get go he astounded us with his vast knowledge, experience and commitment to transport and the wider climate crisis. We knew we wanted him on-board immediately.

Jude is a youth social action campaigner with six years of experience in the transport sector - he works closely with Mayor of South Yorkshire, Oliver Coppard, to advise him and the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA) on what student groups across the region need from new public transport projects. In 2021, Jude successfully lobbied the SYMCA to introduce a new concessionary fare for those aged 18-21. This continues to exist as the Zoom Beyond Travel Pass.

Jude brings a wealth of experience and a large network to draw influence from to the company. He is also a published academic, writing on climate education, green economics and employment. He did all of this before he turned 18…… told you he was impressive didn’t we!

Chris Bainbridge - Director and Expert Advisor

Our resident transport expert, Chris, sought Bex out after seeing her hard hitting speech at a Better Buses rally. We were overwhelmed to have his vote of confidence and support in our endeavours.

Chris has an eye-watering 45 years experience in transport planning, and specialises in sustainable travel. At Hammersmith and Fulham Council he played instrumental roles in the opening of two new Overground stations, Imperial Wharf and Shepherds Bush, as well as the innovative “Snugbus” shuttle for NHS staff. As can be intuited from his overt passion for public transport and the fact he always turns up cycle clips in hand, he is a dedicated environmentalist who brings the specialist know-how to our grand designs.
